Filofax Return Policy
We pride ourselves on making your shopping experience as easy as possible. Simply follow the guide below if you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from Filofax.
- Return the item to us free of charge (UK only) in its original condition with your order reference number within 28 days of dispatch and you will be issued a refund for the price of the item(s).
- Please complete the action and reason code grid on the back of the delivery note and enclose this with your return.
- We advise that you obtain and keep proof of your postage as you may need this at a later stage.

Processing your Refund
Once the returned item(s) has arrived at our warehouse, the team will then process a full refund for the value of the item(s) returned to the original payment method used i.e. Credit/Debit card or PayPal. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received the refund after this time, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges and Faulty Items
Exchanges can only be made on faulty products. Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receipt if your item(s) is faulty. If you ordered the incorrect item(s) by mistake, please return the item(s) using our returns policy to be refunded. You will then need to place a new order for the correct product(s).
